1. Who we are
Ayu World Private Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013 with its registered office in Haryana, India, operating under the brand "Opus" ("Opus", "we", "us", "our"), is the operator of this website, nowopus.com (the "Website"), and the data fiduciary in respect of personal data processed through it.
This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect through the Website, how we use it, and the rights available to you under applicable Indian law — including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011 ("SPDI Rules"), and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 ("DPDP Act") together with the rules made under it, to the extent its provisions are in force from time to time.
2. Scope
This policy applies to visitors of the Website and to anyone who corresponds with us using the contact details published on it. Where we provide professional services to clients, or operate a client-facing platform, the collection and use of information in that context is governed by the applicable engagement terms and any privacy terms provided at that time, which will supplement or supersede this policy for that relationship.
3. Personal data we collect
The Website is an informational site. We keep the data it touches deliberately minimal:
- Information you send us. If you write to us (for example at hello@nowopus.com), we receive the personal data you choose to include — typically your name, email address, organisation, and the contents of your message.
- Technical and log information. Our hosting infrastructure automatically records standard server logs when you visit — such as your IP address, browser type, device information, pages requested, and timestamps — used for operating and securing the Website.
- Fonts. The Website loads fonts from Google Fonts. When the page renders, your browser sends a request (which includes your IP address) to Google's servers to fetch the font files.
The Website does not offer user accounts, does not host contact forms, and does not use advertising, marketing, or analytics trackers. We do not buy, sell, or trade personal data.
Please do not send us sensitive personal data (such as passwords, financial account details, or health information) or confidential business information through the Website or by unsecured email unless and until we have entered into a written engagement with you that provides for its protection. Any unsolicited information you choose to send is provided at your own risk.
4. How we use personal data
- To respond to your enquiries and correspond with you, on the basis of your consent or our legitimate use in responding to a request you voluntarily make to us;
- To operate, maintain, and secure the Website, including preventing abuse and diagnosing technical issues;
- To comply with applicable law, regulation, or lawful requests from public authorities.
5. Sharing of personal data
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with:
- Service providers who process data on our behalf to run the Website and our correspondence — currently our website hosting provider (Vercel Inc.) and our email provider (Google Workspace);
- Professional advisers and authorities, where required to comply with law, enforce our rights, or in connection with a corporate transaction, subject to appropriate confidentiality.
6. International transfers
Our service providers may process data on servers located outside India. Where personal data is transferred outside India, we do so in accordance with applicable law, including the DPDP Act and any restrictions notified under it.
7. Retention
We retain correspondence for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and maintain reasonable business records, and technical logs for the limited periods our hosting provider retains them, unless a longer period is required by law. Data no longer required is deleted or anonymised.
8. Your rights
Subject to applicable law — including the SPDI Rules and, as and when its provisions are brought into force, the DPDP Act — you have the right to:
- access a summary of the personal data we hold about you;
- request correction or updating of inaccurate or incomplete data;
- request erasure of your personal data where it is no longer required;
- withdraw consent, where processing is based on consent;
- nominate another individual to exercise your rights in the event of death or incapacity; and
- raise a grievance with us, and, if unresolved, approach the Data Protection Board of India.

9. Security
We take reasonable security safeguards appropriate to the nature of the data we handle, including serving the Website over HTTPS and restricting access to correspondence to authorised personnel. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Children
The Website is intended for business audiences and is not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Material changes will be highlighted where reasonably practicable.
